In addition, ESCs acting as fiscal agents for an SSA can provide feedback and networking opportunities to support one another. The following ESCs have migrant SSAs: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20.
